Anand van Zelderen

Anand is a Post-Doctoral Research Associate in Organizational Behavior and Technology at the University of Zurich’s Center for Leadership in the Future of Work. He manages the Center’s 'Future of Work VR Laboratory', where innovative studies are developed to understand how employees think, feel, and behave in immersive virtual environments, and is founder of the Openverse Open Science initiative. His research focuses on employee interactions with human-like AI-powered systems, to understand how the disruptive impact of AI in the workplace can be diminished.
