Florian Liberatore

I am the Deputy Head of the Center for Healthcare Management at the Winterthur Institute of Health Economics. My main research topics are (1) Temporary work in healthcare: In an interdisciplinary NRP77 project I analyze the characteristics and impact of temporary nurse work handled via online labor platforms. In the Innosuisse flagship SHIFT, I develop a staff demand prognosis tool for the PEP systems in hospitals. Further studies address the preferences of health professionals for leadership roles in their career paths. (2) Value-based Healthcare: In this research field I analyze the impact of patient centeredness and quality-driven care on the management systems in healthcare institutions.
