Jennifer L. Sparr

Jennifer is a senior researcher and lecturer at the Chair of HRM and Leadership and Center for Leadership in the Future of Work at the University of Zurich. She is an expert in the fields of leadership, paradox, and organizational behavior more generally. Her research focuses on how individuals and organizations can thrive within complexity and change. She has lectured at all academic levels.
