Kang Leng Ho

Kang is a PhD Candidate at the Public & Organization Health/ Centre of Salutogenesis. Her research focuses on how employees proactively re-design or craft their jobs and their non-work life, and how this proactive crafting relates to positive health, well-being and performance outcomes.
