Lara Dolenc

Lara Dolenc is a Research Ambassador and Work and Organizational Psychologist, currently involved in the project “Flaw-free or Be Me at Work? Exploring the Intersection of Diversity and Disclosure in Leadership.” She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maribor (Slovenia) and an M.Sc. in the International Joint Master of Research in Work and Organizational Psychology, jointly from Maastricht University (Netherlands), Leuphana Universität Lüneburg (Germany), and the University of Valencia (Spain).
Her researching interests span topics of leadership, management, team dynamics, and using sports settings as natural laboratories to study these phenomena.
