Marlis Buchmann

Marlis Buchmann is Professor of Sociology and the Director of the Swiss Job Market Monitor (SJMM) at the University of Zurich. Her research addresses labor market changes, particularly shifts in employer skill demand and the role of digitalization in these processes. She also studies the consequences of these shifts for worker career outcomes and inequality.
