Martin Pfaendler

Martin Pfaendler is co-founder and director of TR2050 Ltd. which is a global think tank and research platform accelerating change in the world of Total Rewards. TR2050 is comprising an exceptional community of reward leaders, academics, thought leaders, from around the world to collaborate on developing solutions to meet the challenges of reward ahead as the workforce transforms.

The think tank aims at creating a menu of new, innovative approaches, models and practices of reward that will complement the future of work and ensure organizations are prepared for the challenges of compensation for work of the future workforce.

Martin is an expert in total rewards. His subject matter areas of expertise are compensation systems for senior executives, members of the executive committee and the board of directors as well as global programs for compensation, benefits, equity and international mobility for the workforce at large. He specializes in all aspects of compensation governance, reward strategy, performance-based variable compensation, international employment arrangements, performance management and human resources management.

During his 30 years of experience, Martin held a range of advisory and executive positions in compensation management in various industries as well as in consulting firms.

Martin is the Director of his own company MPF Compensation Services LLC based in Zurich, Switzerland.
