Nicoline Scheidegger

Nicoline Scheidegger is a senior researcher and lecturer in leadership. She holds a licentiate in social sciences and a PhD in business administration (organization). Her research focuses on leadership, leadership and AI, social networks, and organizational behavior. She leads the CAS Human Capital & Leadership and is responsible for the leadership modules in the bachelor’s and master’s programs. She works at the Institute for Organizational Viability, ZHAW School of Management and Law.
