Ryan Miller

Ryan is a Research Associate in Organizational Behavior at the University of Zurich’s Center for Leadership in the Future of Work. With a background in organizational psychology and organizational behavior, his research interests have spanned a range of topics including gender and leadership, evaluations of leader effectiveness, and leader character. Among other projects, he is currently working on research which investigates antecedents and outcomes relating to leaders’ willingness to self-disclose personal flaws.
