Ulrich Leicht-Deobald

Ulrich Leicht-Deobald, PhD, is an Associate Professor in Responsible Leadership at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin. His research focuses on new ways of working, particularly with regard to collaboration within and between teams. His work has been published in international leading journals, such as the Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Academy of Management Discoveries, and Journal of Business Ethics. Before entering academia, Ulrich worked for nearly ten years as an actor at various German theatres.
